• peoples phones get stolen 
• also when your driving and people are on their phones it can cause a big hazard and put lives in danger as they are not focused on the road and whats going on around them because they are to busy having a conservation
• you could use a hand free kit so that you can avoid picking your phone however they only work for smartphones.
• social; kids you's phones way to much they spend most of their time on there phones,rather than going out and getting fresh air they would rather just text them. people can get cyber bullied or pedo's could stalk you.

A local delivery company have been allocated money to improve their service.  Some of the money has been put aside for mobile technology approx. £500 per driver.  Make suggestions to the director of how he can spend the money, to make the delivery service more efficient.  Give examples how the mobile technology will help the business.

i think they should buy a smart phone out of their £500 budget because it can be used for all different things such as a satnav.drivers need satnavs when it comes to driving as they probably don't know where every location is.it can also be used as.
the driver could ring the company if there was a problem.they company keep track of where the drivers are so they know they aint skiving off not doing work.also could help so the driver got to the right place at the right time.

M2- Risk

There are many threats and risks when using an it based communication system. 
These risks and threats include the following:

• cyber bullying
• spam
• uploading/using digital content
• privacy of information
• 
  

Cyber Bullying- The threat of cyber bullying  whilst using IT Based communication systems are that people are getting bullied online and the risk is that the people who are the victim they could use as evidence and take it to the police and take things further. 

Spam - You could get an email saying that you have to owe money or just won something, and they may make you provide some details e.g card details. This is a threat because it is a spam and you have given out personal details and they can take money off you from your bank.

Uploading/using digital content - This is a risk whilst using an It based communication system is when you upload a picture, people could view it and save this photo and they could go further with this photo e.g sell it. This is why social networking sites have privacy settings to lower the amount of bad things happening. 

Privacy of information - This is a threat because if you put private information on the website people can view it and they can find more things about about you. They could find out things like where you live, mobile numbers and maybe look for you on social networking sites to find more information about you.

·    Your teacher can view your work and give you a good level

·    Teacher can access all work so students cant say they forgot there homework he will just go on blogger and check

ADVANTAGES OF MOVING TO AN IT-COMMUNICATION SYSTEM.

using a it-communication system there are a lot of advantages alongside with disadvantages.the advantages to using it-communication system are that you do not need to waste paper,you cam just save your work then your teacher can VIEW it.it is ENVIRONMENTALLY friendly.another advantage is that you can communicate with  people all around the world using social networking sites e.g facebook,twitter, YOU-TUBE , G MAIL and blogger.it is a lot easier  and quicker to use.there are alot of disadvantages while using an it communication system.firstly there are some sites witch are scams that ask for details e.g bank details and INFORMATION where you live,this is just a scam and needs to be avoided. Things like ebay are not a scam because you buying something online and it has been said as a safe website but before you buy anythinng make sure you read the info. (not finnished)
